For Business Accounts:
All business customers must complete an Online Banking Enrollment form that includes an electronic copy of the bank’s Online Banking Agreement. Cash Management functions are available upon request. Please contact the bank’s Operations Department to learn how to enroll. Online Banking Enrollment forms must be submitted to the bank’s Operations Department located on 1917 Heiman St., Nashville TN 37208 or through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. To print the form, please click on the link below.
Once enrolled in Online Banking, you can take advantage of our Bill Pay service. This service allows you to pay your bills at the convenience of your home. Pay one-time or recurring bills by scheduling payments in advance or setting up automatic recurring payments. You can also setup payment reminders.
We also offer the convenience of Mobile Banking*. Once enrolled into our Online Banking, follow the steps below to enjoy our banking services on-the-go.

MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT
As a convenient feature within your mobile app, you can deposit checks as soon as you get them, from anywhere.
Mobile Check Deposit is a fast, convenient way to deposit your checks into your account. Simply open the app on your smartphone, sign your check and under your endorsement write “FOR MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT ONLY,” snap a photo of the front and back of the check and fill in the amount. Save time and hassle and skip the trips to the bank.
*Funds may not be available immediately.
Citizens Bank also offers e-statements. Once enrolled, you can access your electronic bank statements anytime. All you have to do is enroll in our Online Banking, go to your Settings, and select the eStatements Enrollment option.
