POSITION: Finanancial Service Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly services to customers, involving receipt and payment of cash. Follows the established policies and procedures of this area, in accordance with the Bank and the supervisor’s direction. Effectively communicate to the customer an understanding of products and services offered by the Bank. Use successful selling techniques to expand the customer base.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or its equivalent. Preferably post high school education, six months cash handling experience or previous banking experience. Must possess basic math proficiency and aptitude. Ability to operate and understand computer systems as necessary to perform duties. May be required to work in any branch location. Staff must exercise accuracy, alertness, good judgment, courtesy, and patience at all times. While maintaining confidentially and providing superior customer service.
